House Haul Division:
In this unique division, drivers will spend the majority of their time delivering Wausau Homes’ house components and building supplies within an approximate 300 mile radius of Wausau, WI. At the jobsite our drivers are paid hourly for hooking product as cranes lift the components off the trailers and set them in place for the construction crews. A large percentage of the driver’s time will be spent outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Drivers in this division may also haul general commodity freight from time to time.

Base Pay
Experienced Drivers
• 36.0 cpm and $15.00 per hour to start with 1 yr OTR experience
• 39.0 cpm and $15.00 per hour to start with 5 yrs OTR experience
• Hourly pay increases at 3, 6 and 12 months
• Annual mileage increases

Entry Level Drivers
• 30.5 cpm and $15.00 per hour to start
• Bi-monthly raises in the first year
• 36.0 cpm and $16.50 per hour after 12 months!
• Hourly pay increases at 3, 6 and 12 months
• Annual mileage increases after 12 months
