Base Plate Reimbursement
•
When a contractor is paid 128,000 miles or more in a calendar year,
the entire cost of the plate will be reimbursed.
•
Contractors in their first through third year shall be eligible for
a reimbursement of $500.00 when the contractor is paid 112,000 miles
but less than 128,000 miles for that calendar year.
•
Contractors in their fourth year shall be eligible for reimbursement
of 50% of the cost of the plate when the contractor is paid 112,000
miles but less than 128,000 miles for that calendar year.
•
Contractors in their fifth year shall be eligible for reimbursement
of 75% of the cost of the plate when the contractor is paid 120,000
miles but less than 128,000 miles for that calendar year.
•
Contractors in their sixth year shall be eligible for reimbursement
of 100% of the cost of the plate when the contractor is paid 120,000
miles for that calendar year.
Contractors may elect to receive their reimbursement by check or use
as a credit against next year’s plate.
