• 91.5 cpm all dispatched miles
• Quarterly fuel taxes paid
• Quarterly road use taxes paid
• Bi-annual increases

WH ALSO COVERS:
All authorized tolls, All permits, All business calls, Fuel surcharge, and Fuel discount program

ACCESSORIAL COMPENSATION:
Tarping, Canadian border crossing, Detention, and Loading/unloading
